Payment Terms and Conditions

  • Prices and Validity:

    • All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

  • Deposits and Payments:

    • To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit of the total payment. This allows us to begin working on your event, including design, sourcing, and consultations.

    • The remaining 50% balance is due in cash/PAYNOW on the event day before the event begins.

    • If you are unable to make the cash payment on the day of the event, we kindly request that the full payment (100%) be made at least 24 hours before the event.

    • Cheques should be made payable to PHOTOMOTION.

  • Damages:

    • Any breakage or damage to equipment will be charged to the customer as necessary.

  • Pricing and Transport:

    • All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

    • A $50 transport surcharge applies to venues in inaccessible areas such as Tuas, Jurong Island, and Sentosa.

Postponements and Cancellations

  • Cancellations:

    • If the event is canceled within 14 working days of the event date, the deposit will be fully forfeited.

    • For cancellations made more than 14 working days before the event date, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.

    • If the event is canceled within 7 working days of the event date, the full payment (100%) will be required.

  • Postponements:

    • Postponements are subject to a $100 surcharge and availability. If postponement is not possible, the client may cancel the event, and the deposit will be forfeited.

    • Postponements must be requested at least 2 working days before the scheduled event.

Conduct and Liability

  • Respect for Staff:

    • Photomotion prioritizes the safety and well-being of its staff. If any staff member experiences verbal abuse from the client or guests, we reserve the right to terminate the event immediately without a refund.

  • Cleanup:

    • Photomotion is not responsible for cleaning up messes resulting from activities or attendees.

Equipment and Services

  • Setup Requirements:

    • Clients are responsible for providing a suitable environment for our setup and services, including access to power outlets and sufficient space for equipment and activities.

  • Responsibility for Equipment:

    • If equipment such as tables or carts is included in your booking, the client will be held accountable for any damages or losses during the event.

Force Majeure

  • Unforeseen Circumstances:

    • Photomotion will not be held responsible for any inability to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control. These include acts of God, civil or military actions, fires, floods, epidemics, strikes, transportation delays, or other unforeseen events.
